Prior to Bengur Bryan, he served as Managing Director at National Capital Companies and spent a decade as Vice President of Corporate Finance at Ferris, Baker Watts and its successor, the Royal Bank of Canada. Earlier he spent over five years as a management consultant at Gemini Consulting and Keystone Partners, focusing on business process optimisation.

Scott began his career at Siemens in the Manufacturing Technology Division, delivering process improvements across U.S. divisions. He holds active Series 7, 63 and 79 licences and is a licensed private pilot with an instrument rating.
